Single Will - from £150

A standard single Will, no trusts, or other complications.
Mirror Will - from £195

For simple family and couple Wills, no trusts or other complications.
Right to Reside Will - £250 additional

Standard Will(s) including a right to reside/ occupy. Creation of a Trust to allow testator to include a right to occupy in their property for an individual(s).
Trust Wills from - £595

Trust Wills give further protection for your beneficiaries to receive your assets, we offer different types of Trust Wills depending on your circumstances and what you would like to achieve.
* fee includes tenancy severance and land search of the land registry for 1st property only.
Lasting Power of Attorney - £295

There are two types of these documents and we would always recommend both documents if appropriate for you. Preparation of documents for Health & Welfare and Property & Financial and registration service.
*OPG fees apply in addition.
Bundle (Mirror) Wills & Lasting Powers of Attorney for both partners - £1200

We can offer you standard Mirror Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney for both Health & Welfare and Property & Financial.
* excludes OPG fees which are currently £82 per document charged by the OPG.
Other Services, Trusts, Probate - POA

This is for Lifetime Trusts, Probabte Services
* This service will be referred to our legal partners who handle this for us.

* OPG application fee also applies when you register these, currently £82- for each document. May be subject to change with The Office of the Public Guardian.
